Welcome to the blog.

I haven't done much blogging for years, but I used to publish a blog called Savage Swords of Athanor, which included some decent gaming material and dubious content.

This new blog is a reboot of my gaming blog life. It is an outlet for some of my creative output related to roleplaying games again. Though I plan on the occasional post of reviews or my thoughts on RPGs or art of some sort, this blog will also feature some regular posts including system-agnostic monsters of the week and occasional one-page dungeons (which are likely to start out pretty bland until I get my feet under me.)

My goal is to spend more of 2020 publishing blog posts than the past four years if only to entertain myself. Not to say I don't care about you, invisible and likely nonexistent readers. I do.

Gluttony Beast When someone lives a life using others' suffering to become wealthy, becoming gat off the work of others' labor and suffering, the cries of the oppressed are sometimes heard by the gods or the spirits of the magic realm and the oppressor is punished rather than being allowed to die. Such cursed individuals lose all of their faces but their mouths; their bodies become gelatinous masses of adipose tissue their libs become a mass of soft, slithering tentacles, and their intelligence becomes subsumed by hunger to eat riches and wealth and overcome by a desire to live in their own filth. Masked Haunter Those who read through the play The King in Yellow are known to go mad, particularly if they read beyond the first act. But madness is not the only fate of those who meddle in the forbidden text. Sometimes, the text causes the world to warp.
